• Do we have to pay to read ePaper?

  Yes, Jagran e-Paper is now available on paid subscription for International users.

• What is the subscription cost?

• How to Register for e-Paper Subscription?

  • - Visit the following link: https://epaper.jagran.com
  • - Choose package or click on Login
  • - Login using Facebook/ Google or Register using by entering required details & submit.
  • - Choose the subscription package (Monthly or Bi Annual, Annual)
  • - Enter payment details of your Master/Visa Card on the SSL secured payment gateway.
  • - Note down the transaction details for future reference and correspondence.
  • - Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an activation mail within the next 24 working hours. If

  you face any problems at any stage kindly email us at epaper@jagrannewmedia.com

• What is the accepted mode of payments?

  We are using PayU payment gateway, payment get be done using Master/Visa Credit, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI.

• I am Unable to complete the payment, as my payment mode is getting declined.

  Please check the card details and other details you are using to for doing the payments. In case problem persists, please contact your Bank's customer support to find out a possible solution.

• I have not yet received the email activation link on my email?

  We generally send the activation email pretty fast, however still if you haven’t received, please email us at epaper@jagrannewmedia.com with your registered email Id.

• I have done the payment; still I am not able to use Jagran ePaper?

• Forgot your password or e-paper ID

  Passwords are case-sensitive. To request for change of password, kindly follow the steps below -

  • - Visit the ePaper home page - https://epaper.jagran.com and click on Login
  • - Click on Forgot password link
  • - Please enter your registered email address and submit.
  • - An email containing the link to reset the password will be sent to you on your registered email id.
  • - Follow the link to reset/change your password.

• I want to view the invoice for my subscription?

• Can I cancel my subscription and discontinue mid-way and receive a refund?

  No, Subscription cannot be cancelled mid-way.

• How to Renew My subscription?

  • - Login to ePaper
  • - On the home page, select package
  • - Choose the payment option in payment gateway to make the payment

• How is number of days calculated in 1 month, 6 months and 1 year package?

  • - 1 month is equal to 30 days
  • - 6 months are equal to 180 days
  • - 1 year is equal to 365 days

• Will I still be able to download PDF pages after my subscription?

  PDF download is not permitted in E-Paper service to avoid any unauthorized sharing & downloading.

• Will I still be able to view the downloaded PDF pages after my subscription is over?

  PDF download is not permitted in E-Paper service to avoid any unauthorized sharing & downloading.

• How to change edition in ePaper?

  You can change by searching in the search box or selecting city option from any page.

• How to bookmark a page?

  • - Login to ePaper
  • - Visit the page you need to bookmark
  • - Click on icon to bookmark the page
  • - All bookmarked pages will be available under Bookmarks section

• How to set an edition as Favorite?

  • - Login to ePaper
  • - Visit the edition page you need to make favorite
  • - Click on icon to favorite the edition
  • - All Favorite edition will be available under Favorite section

• My Card is charged twice? How will I get refund?

  We will take 14 working days to process & refund your payment in the same payment mode

• What is your refund policy?

  No Refunds, We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled anytime during subscription.
